By UL steel fire door we mean our steel fire doors are all with UL certificates.

Zhongwo is a professional fire doors manufacturer since 1995 and we only focus on fire doors. Nowadays we have many different product series like steel fire doors, wooden fire doors and wooden fire doors with steel frame.

There are two plants by us, one in Zhengzhou, the same city of Shaolin temple and the other in Minquan which is 200 km from Zhengzhou.

Our steel fire doors are mainly produced in Minquan production base in which we operate most advanced production line with only 20 workers to finish nearly 1000 doors per day.

Certificate

Zhongwo steel fire doors went through fire resistant test according to standards like NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104, UL10(b) and UL10(c). And our certificates are issued by UL. Both for doors and frames.

Fire Rating

We got UL certificate for various fire ratings starting from 20mins straight up to 180mins. This certificate is suitable both for single doors and for pair doors.

Besides, all of the fire ratings we got are for doors with vision panels.

Specification

Face Panel: 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet

Filler: As standard we use magnesium oxide board which is 43mm of thickness and density of (350±35)Kg/m³.

Sealant: We paste two layers fire-rated liquid sealant on both inside surfaces of face panel to make it more solid.

Skeleton: We introduce U-type skeleton of size 43 X 25 mm which is made of 1.2 mm galvanized steel sheet.

Reinforcement: 3 mm thick galvanized steel sheets are welded on surfaces of face panel at the point of locks, hinges and closer to make it more sturdy.

Astragal: We use astragal to cover the gap between door and frame of single door and the gap between two doors of pair doors. Size of astragal is normally 25 x 2 mm. And it is made of 0.8mm thick galvanized steel.

Finish: Powder Coating, Wood Grain, Stainless Steel

Color: RAL System

Besides, we provide you also with UL listed frames including knock-down frames and welded frames. The frame is made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet and is welded with 3 mm galvanized steel as hinge and strike reinforcement. Frame depth should be 115 mm by us.

Accessory

As standard we will match ironmongery such as door closer, hinges, locks and fire bolts which are tested in accordance with American standard.

We can also supply with hardware under other standards as your request.

Vision Panels

Both our single fire doors and double fire doors are tested against fire with glass inserts. So that we got the certificate for doors with vision panels.

And we can provide you with different types of glasses as following:

Attention: When the fire rating longer than 2 hours, we don’t suggest vision panels in doors.

Package

Our fire door and frame are individually packed.

• One layer perlite cotton around door and frame.
• Foam plates around 4 edges and corners.
• Two foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates.
• Two layers strong carton on each side of door.

Besides, we can also make wooden or steel pallet for you. Extra fees will be calculated then.

Transport

We provide you with shipping transport as our first choice for you. But if you need other transportation like trucks, railway and even aircraft, we can make related quotation for you.
