Inside there are fireproof perlite boards as infilling materials which are eco-friendly and will never release poisonous gas in case of fire. Surface treatment method is powder coating, also called electrostatic powder coating, has the advantages of energy efficiency, reliability and brightness. Various color choices of plastic powders ensure our fire doors can match nearly any kind of decor. And the green and high density fireproof perlite boards as infilling materials are our promises for the quality of 30 min fire duration. Besides,we invent originally a gap covering steel sheet between door leaf and frame which avoid any smoke or flame leakage in case of fire.
